Who runs this site

mrmichaelpaula.cloud, the Saint Maicol Portal, is operated by C-Force Ministry through Rev. Michael Paula, in Los Angeles, California. “We” and “us” below mean C-Force Ministry and Rev. Michael Paula. This is an independent educational and spiritual site. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any police department or government body.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to run the site and deliver what you ask for.

  • Browsing the site and the free Know Your Rights guide. No account, no signup, no payment. We see only the basic visit information described under Analytics below.
  • Buying the $20 booklet set. You pay through Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email and card details. We receive your name, email and the payment confirmation so we can deliver your download and help you if you lose your files. Your card number never touches our servers.
  • Booking a session ($50). You pay through Stripe, then pick a time with Google Calendar scheduling. We receive your name, email and the time you choose, and any notes you add.
  • Giving a donation. You pay through Stripe. Stripe collects the details it needs, and we receive your name, email and amount so we can thank you and keep records. Donations are voluntary and are not tax-deductible at this time, because C-Force Ministry’s 501(c)(3) application is pending.
  • Numerology readings ($9.99), where offered. Your birth date, birth time, birth place and email, so we can prepare and deliver your reading. Readings are written with the help of an AI service, so those details are processed by that service to produce your reading.
  • Emailing or calling us. We keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
  • Interest lists. If you email us to join an interest list, such as the Mastermind or ORCA Watch, we keep your email and what you tell us so we can contact you about it.

We do not collect your information for anything you did not ask us to do. We do not run advertising on this site.

Analytics, fonts and cookies

  • Google Analytics (property G-284C3Z13RJ). We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It records things like pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, your approximate location (city level) and how you arrived. It uses cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use it to identify you by name, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
  • Stripe and Google Calendar set their own cookies when you pay or book. Their policies govern those cookies.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Parts of the site, like checkout and booking, may not work if you block all cookies. We do not currently show a cookie banner.

Who sees your information

We share information only with the services that make the site work:

  • Stripe for payments (and Square, only if a page you use says it takes bookings or payments there).
  • Google for Analytics, Fonts and Calendar scheduling.
  • Our web host, which keeps the site online.
  • An AI service, only for numerology readings, as described above.
  • Our accountant or legal advisers, if needed to meet tax or legal duties, and authorities if the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep payment, booking and delivery records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and bookkeeping rules. We keep emails until the conversation is finished. Ask us to delete your information at any time. We will do it unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Security

We use secure connections, trusted payment processors and limited access. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. You must be 18 or older to buy anything here.

Your choices and California rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Because we do not sell your information, there is nothing to opt out of, but the right is yours. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are a California resident, these requests come under the CCPA/CPRA. Email Michael@mrmichaelpaula.cloud and we will answer within a reasonable time.

The booklets and pages on this site are general public information. They are not legal advice, and using the site does not create an attorney–client relationship. Our Terms of Service say more.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
